All states offering the Seal of Biliteracy have approved the Avant STAMP 4S (assessment of Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking) for high school students to earn their State Seal of Biliteracy to be placed on their transcript.

State Seals of Biliteracy are awarded to and placed on transcripts for high schoolers after demonstrating proficiency in more than one language.

For languages where a four-skill assessment is not available, STAMP WS (assessment of Writing and Speaking) will often be accepted. Learn about the requirements for your state.
