Test Taker completes the Reading section of the test.
Proctor logs into results report to print off 쓰기 Prompts for eligible test takers.
Proctor selects and prints writing prompts for one or more test takers.
When printing out the student writing prompt, please make sure to print in vertical (rather than horizontal). Each prompt should only be one page.
Proctor distributes the writing prompts, matching the name of the header to the name of the test taker.
Test Takers write responses to the writing prompts directly on the pages and returns all pages to the proctor.
Scan the pages that are ready to submit and create PDF files and save them to your computer. Include School and Testing Group names in the PDF when possible.
Avant will send a Dropbox link along with the logins on your Test Set-Up Form. Open this link and upload the PDF files (Writing Submissions) there.
Note – You don’t need to create a Dropbox account or create any new folders
Avant Support retrieves and processes the scanned PDF’s from Dropbox and raters score each Test Taker response.
